Appearance

Medium Lemon.

Nose

Pronounced Intensity. Developing. Primary Aromas of rose, blossom, honeysuckle, lime, apricot, yellow peach; secondary aromas of vanilla, cloves, bread and cream; tertiary aromas of lemon skin, ginger, honey, hazelnuts.

1 x primary, 1 x secondary (oaky notes essential), and 1 x tertiary aromas, plus 2 other aromas, are required to obtain full marks.

Palate

Dry. Medium Acidity. High Alcohol. Full Body. Pronounced Intensity flavours of apricot, cloves and honey. Medium + Finish.

Conclusion

Very Good Quality - Can Drink Now; has potential for Ageing.
