Nose
Medium + Intensity. Developing. Aromas of (primary) black cherry, strawberry, mint, grass, and liquorice; (secondary) vanilla, cloves, chocolate; (tertiary) tobacco, forest floor; others: balsamic.
1 x primary, 1 x secondary (oaky notes essential), and 1 x tertiary aromas, plus 2 other aromas, are required to obtain full marks.
Palate
Dry. Medium Acidity. High Alcohol. Full Body. Pronounced Intensity flavours of (primary) black cherry, blackberry, (secondary) cloves, coffee, smoke; (tertiary) earth, leather. Medium + Finish.
1 x primary, 1 x secondary (oaky notes essential), and 1 x tertiary aromas, are required to obtain full marks.
Conclusion
Very Good Quality - Can Drink Now; has potential for Ageing.
